Within your membership pages you will be given your own Email Account. This can be used to send and receive emails
and messages to and from any of your "Matches". For security reasons your WonderLet mail is incorporated
within this site and is separate from your own personal email.
This enables you save any "Matches" to your Favourites Folder should you wish to do so. While you are logged in you will also be able to see when any of your favourites are online; this enables you to contact them immediately should you wish to do so.
You can choose to receive Text Alerts direct to your mobile about any new "Matches". This has proved to be very popular with our users and enables you to contact a "Match" wherever you are. The alerts you receive will only be for any new matches. We do not send alerts for "Matches" that we have notified you about before so you are guaranteed that any alerts you receive are for new and in "real time" as they appear. We have agreed special rates with our Network Supplier to keep costs low for using this service.
This enables you to run WonderLet in the background of your PC and be notified when any new tenant or landlord matches are online even if you are doing other work on your PC; simply log on to WonderLet.com.

This facility enables you to upload onto the WonderLet site up to three photographs. Profiles with photographs attract even more attention and have proved to be an advantage.
This is completely unique to WonderLet and ensures that you receive search results that truly match what you are searching for. Your search results are listed in order of best match and are graded accordingly.
This enables you to see how many times your profile has been viewed and also details the date and time of the visit. This has proved to be very useful to our users who want to gauge the amount of interest their membership is receiving. It's a great way of finding out if this site would be of any use to you prior to signing up for any paid membership.
This option enables you to list your business within the services section of this Web Site. This Service Section is regularly used and viewed by our users and visitors to our Web Site. People can search for your specific business or service within a specific region and contact you directly thus increasing your customer base and ultimately your profitability. We will keep you informed of the activity you business is receiving from this site.
To generate more interest in your business and increase your customer base we will send out to all users on our web site (who are based in the country where your services are offered) an advert advertising your business. This is done free of charge a total of 3 times every year. Not only this but you can word your advert exactly how you want and amend it whenever you want to prior to it being sent out. You can match them against any properties that you have on your books or any properties that are on the system with private landlords. This will offer you the opportunity of increasing your market share of properties to rent in your local area and increase your company's profitability.
